I hate how it’s constantly flipping over and cartwheeling. Whenever I see that (usually when people are using lipos) its just getting too fast for it’s own good.

If anything breaks on this, this truck looks like a nightmare to work one. Everything is so squished together.

Considering its user unfriendly design when things break, might as well get a RedCat or some other cheap RC crap.

Good truck but the stock ecu sucks. I went through 3 of them in 2 months. Need to improve

the savage is 1/10 scale and the summit is 1/16 scale you can’t compare those

The mini e revo breaks a lot, that means that because the summit, e revo and mini slash all have the same designs they are al going to be not so good. Often time when I take apart the e-revo’s screws strip almost every single time so it isn’t very good. Maybe try the HPI savage XS, right now I’m planning on getting the savage because it seems way better!

I know they’re completely different trucks. I mean the full sized Revo, I currently have a Revo 3.3 which I am thinking about converting to electric but can’t decide, I really like the look of the Savage XS SS kit.

at least the elctronics are castle and not hobby wing. but again there is 1/10 scale packet into 1/12 scale. alot more work to get around this thing

completely different trucks mate… do you mean the small e-revo or the full sized revo with the mamba monstar? I would pick the savage if you like standing backflips on 2s! tons of fun, but I never had a small revo. I might get one to compare it to the savage!:D

Would you recomend the Savage XS SS kit or a Traxxas Erevo brushless edition? I can’t decide between the 2.

  • Bacon676

    20 noviembre, 2012

MERV or this…. With stock electronics, this is less reliable.

I would choose this hands down over the traxxas. The fact that it fits 1/10th electronics is an immediately selling point. Just make sure to get the SS (the kit, no electronics included) and put your own stuff in. Like a Hobbywing 120amp WP esc, and 3400kv motor. Steering servo… do what you please.
