    Hey! just a little tip from baker to baker, id go check out sourdoughs international for some bada** sourdough starter. i got the san francisco and OMG way good, came out great.

    The purpose of the stone is so you don’t have to cook the pizza as long. 15 to 20 minutes is way too long for a 550 degree oven. That’s just drying out your crust. With a stone thats been preheated for an hour at 550 degrees, you should be able to cook it in 5 to 7 minutes. It’ll taste much better that way.

    great first video! i’m very impressed. polly-o isn’t my favorite cheese, but it’ll do. i’ve been all OVER jeff varasano’s pizza recipe for almost 2 years now and i like how you make your point about setting your oven on the highest heat setting available. keep it up! this is inspiring me to make my own video too 😀
